Chapter 94: The qisas (retaliation) of the slave
بَابُ قِصَاصِ الْعَبْدِ
Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 185
Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah , may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "On the Day of Rising, retaliation will be taken from anyone who gives a beating."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِلاَلٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: مَنْ ضَرَبَ ضَرْبًا اقْتُصَّ مِنْهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ.
