Musnad Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (ra)
مُسْنَدُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ

Musnad Ahmad 58
It was narrated from 'A'ishah that Fatimah and al-'Abbas came to Abu Bakr, seeking their inheritance from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). At that time they were seeking his land in Fadak and his share of Khaibar. Abu Bakr said to them
I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: `We (Prophets) are not to be inherited from and whatever we leave behind is charity. Rather the family of Muhammad; may take their provision from this wealth.` By Allah, I will not leave anything that I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) do with it but I will do it too.حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ، وَالْعَبَّاسَ أَتَيَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ يَلْتَمِسَانِ مِيرَاثَهُمَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُمَا حِينَئِذٍ يَطْلُبَانِ أَرْضَهُ مِنْ فَدَكَ وَسَهْمَهُ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ فَقَالَ لَهُمَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا نُورَثُ مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ وَإِنَّمَا يَأْكُلُ آلُ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَا الْمَالِ وَإِنِّي وَاللَّهِ لَا أَدَعُ أَمْرًا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصْنَعُهُ فِيهِ إِلَّا صَنَعْتُهُ.
Musnad Ahmad 580
It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to pray Witr at the beginning of the night and in the middle and at the end, then he persisted in praying it at the end of the night.حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُطَرِّفٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُوتِرُ فِي أَوَّلِ اللَّيْلِ وَفِي وَسَطِهِ وَفِي آخِرِهِ ثُمَّ ثَبَتَ لَهُ الْوَتْرُ فِي آخِرِهِ.
Musnad Ahmad 581
It was narrated from Husain, from his father, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said
“Do not stare at lepers, and if you speak to them, let there be a distance of a spear between you and them.”حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّرْجُمَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفَرَجُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ أُمِّهِ، فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تُدِيمُوا النَّظَرَ إِلَى الْمُجَذَّمِينَ وَإِذَا كَلَّمْتُمُوهُمْ فَلْيَكُنْ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ قِيدُ رُمْحٍ.
Musnad Ahmad 583
It was narrated that an-Nazzal bin Sabrah said
A jug of water was brought to `Ali (رضي الله عنه) when he was in ar-Rahbah. He took a handful of water and rinsed his mouth and nose, and wiped his face, forearms and head. Then he drank whilst standing, then he said: This is the wudoo` of one who has not broken his wudoo`. I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) do this.حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنِ النَّزَّالِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ، قَالَ أُتِيَ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ بِكُوزٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ وَهُوَ فِي الرَّحْبَةِ فَأَخَذَ كَفًّا مِنْ مَاءٍ فَمَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ وَمَسَحَ وَجْهَهُ وَذِرَاعَيْهِ وَرَأْسَهُ ثُمَّ شَرِبَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَذَا وُضُوءُ مَنْ لَمْ يُحْدِثْ هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَلَ.
Musnad Ahmad 584
It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever tells a lie about me deliberately, let him take his place in Hell.”حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنْ النَّارِ.
Musnad Ahmad 585
It was narrated from `Ali (رضي الله عنه) that he said
`The last words of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) were: “Prayer, prayer! And fear Allah with regard to what your right hands possess, [i.e.female slaves].`حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ أُمِّ مُوسَى، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كَانَ آخِرُ كَلَامِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الصَّلَاةَ الصَّلَاةَ اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ فِيمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ.
Musnad Ahmad 586
It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade me to put my ring on the forefinger or the one next to itحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أَجْعَلَ خَاتَمِي فِي هَذِهِ السَّبَّاحَةِ أَوْ الَّتِي تَلِيهَا.
