Chapter 49: Fire should not be kept lit at bedtime.
باب لاَ تُتْرَكُ النَّارُ فِي الْبَيْتِ عِنْدَ النَّوْمِ

Narrated Salim's father
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do not keep the fire burning in your houses when you go to bed."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ {لاَ تَتْرُكُوا النَّارَ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ حِينَ تَنَامُونَ}.
