Ibn ‘Abbas said that the Prophet (ﷺ) went in to visit a Bedouin Arab, and when he entered to visit a sick man he was accustomed to say, “No harm will come; it is a purification, if Allah will.” He repeated these words, and when the man replied, “Not at all; it is on the contrary a fever which is boiling in an old man and will cause him to visit the graves,” the Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Very well, then.” Bukharl transmitted it.
