Ibn ‘Abbas said that the Prophet (ﷺ) had himself cupped when he was in the sacred state. Bukhari and Muslim.
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: احْتَجَمَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ محرم
