Ibn ‘Umar reported the Prophet (ﷺ) as saying, “There are five creatures which it is not a sin for anyone to kill in the sacred territory and when in the sacred state
the rat, the crow, the kite, the scorpion and the biting dog." Bukhari and Muslim.وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى من قتلَهُنّ فِي الْحل وَالْإِحْرَامِ: الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ "
