Mishkat al-Masabih 2858
He said that Allah's Messenger ﷺ forbade the sale of excess water. Muslim transmitted it.
وَعنهُ قَالَ: نهى رَسُول الله عَن بيع فضل المَاء. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
