Mishkat al-Masabih 3128
Khansa’ daughter of Khidham told that when her father married her when she had previously been married and she disapproved of that, she went to Allah's Messenger ﷺ and he revoked her marriage. A version by Ibn Majah has “the marriage [arranged by] her father.” Bukhari transmitted it.
وَعَن خنساء بنت خذام: أَنْ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ ثَيِّبٌ فَكَرِهَتْ ذَلِكَ فَأَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ مَاجَه: نِكَاح أَبِيهَا
