Mishkat al-Masabih 3154
‘A’isha said
I had a girl of the Ansar whom I gave in marriage, and Allah's Messenger ﷺ said, "Why do you not sing, ‘A’isha, for this clan of the Ansar like singing?” Ibn Hibban transmitted it in his Sahih.وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: كَانَتْ عِنْدِي جَارِيَةً مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ زَوَّجْتُهَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَا عَائِشَةُ أَلَا تُغَنِّينَ؟ فَإِنَّ هَذَا الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ يُحِبُّونَ الْغِنَاءَ» . رَوَاهُ ابْن حبَان فِي صَحِيحه
