Mishkat al-Masabih 3187
He said that when Allah's Messenger ﷺ was asked about withdrawing the penis he replied, “The child does not come from all the liquid, and when Allah intends to create anything nothing can prevent Him.” Muslim transmitted it.
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْعَزْلِ فَقَالَ: «مَا مِنْ كُلِّ الْمَاءِ يَكُونُ الْوَلَدُ وَإِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ خَلْقَ شَيْءٍ لَمْ يَمْنَعْهُ شَيْءٌ» . رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
