باب الخلع والطلاق
Mishkat al-Masabih 3276
‘A’isha said that Allah's Messenger ﷺ gave them their choice and they chose Allah and His Messenger; so that was not reckoned as counting in any way to their divorce. (Bukhari and Muslim.)
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: خَيَّرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاخْتَرْنَا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَلَمْ يَعُدَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْنَا شَيْئًا
