باب الخلع والطلاق - الفصل الثاني
Mishkat al-Masabih 3285
‘A’isha told of hearing Allah's Messenger ﷺ say, “There is no divorce or emancipation in case of ighlaq." It is said that the meaning of ighlaq is “constraint”. Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَا طَلَاقَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلَاقٍ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ مَاجَه قيل: معنى الإغلاق: الْإِكْرَاه
