Mishkat al-Masabih 3534
‘Abdallah b. ‘Abbas reported Allah's Messenger ﷺ as saying, “Only Allah punishes with fire.” Bukhari transmitted it.
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «إِن النَّارَ لَا يُعَذِّبُ بِهَا إِلَّا اللَّهُ» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
