Mishkat al-Masabih 3587
‘Ubada b. as-Samit reported Allah's Messenger ﷺ as saying, “Enforce Allah’s prescribed punishments on those who are near and those who are distant, and let no one’s blame come upon you regarding [the enforcement of] Allah’s [punishments]." Ibn Majah transmitted it.
وَعَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَقِيمُوا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فِي الْقَرِيبِ وَالْبَعِيدِ وَلَا تَأْخُذْكُمْ فِي اللَّهِ لوْمةُ لائمٍ» . رَوَاهُ ابنُ مَاجَه
