باب قطع السرقة - الفصل الثاني
Mishkat al-Masabih 3602
Abu Salama quoted Abu Huraira’s authority to the effect that Allah's Messenger ﷺ said regarding a thief, "If he steals cut off his hand, if he steals again cut off his foot, if he steals again cut off his hand, and if he steals again cut off his foot.” It is transmitted in Sharh as-sunna.
وَعَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم قَالَ فِي السَّارِقِ: «إِنْ سَرَقَ فَاقْطَعُوا يَدَهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَرَقَ فَاقْطَعُوا رِجْلَهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَرَقَ فَاقْطَعُوا يَدَهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَرَقَ فَاقْطَعُوا رِجْلَهُ» . رَوَاهُ فِي شرح السّنة
