باب قسمة الغنائم والغلول فيها - الفصل الأول
Mishkat al-Masabih 3985
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ﷺ as saying, "Spoils were not lawful for anyone before us, that being because Allah saw our weakness and incapacity and made them allowable for us.” (Bukhari and Muslim.)
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «فَلَمْ تَحِلَّ الْغَنَائِمُ لِأَحَدٍ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ رَأَى ضعفنا وعجزنا فطيها لنا»
