Mishkat al-Masabih 4263
Anas said that Allah's Messenger ﷺ used to breathe three times in the course of a drink. (Bukhari and Muslim.) In a version Muslim added that he used to say, "It is more thirst-quenching, healthier and more wholesome."
عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَنَفَّسُ فِي الشَّرَابِ ثَلَاثًا. مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ. وزادَ مسلمُ فِي روايةٍ ويقولُ: «إِنَّه أرْوَى وأبرَأُ وأمرأ»
