Chapter 15: Owner Giving Something Without The Zakah Collector Choosing It
باب إِعْطَاءِ السَّيِّدِ الْمَالَ بِغَيْرِ اخْتِيَارِ الْمُصَدِّقِ
Sunnan an-Nasai 2463
Muslim bin Thafinah narrated that
Ibn 'Alqamah appointed his father to collect the Zakah of his people - and he quoted the same Hadith.أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُسْلِمُ بْنُ ثَفِنَةَ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَلْقَمَةَ، اسْتَعْمَلَ أَبَاهُ عَلَى صَدَقَةِ قَوْمِهِ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ .
