باب الْحَلِفِ بِالطَّوَاغِيتِ
Sunnan an-Nasai 3774
It was narrated from 'Abdur-Rahman bin Samurah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said
"Do not swear by your forefathers or by false gods (At-Tawaghit)."أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ وَلاَ بِالطَّوَاغِيتِ " .
