Chapter 241: Virtues of Knowledge which is Learnt and Taught for the sake of Allah

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The world, with all that it contains, is accursed except for the remembrance of Allah that which pleases Allah; and the religious scholars and seekers of knowledge."[At- Tirmidhi].
- وعنه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: "الدنيا ملعونة ملعون ما فيها إلا ذكر الله تعالى، وما والاه، وعالمًا أو متعلمًا" ((رواه الترمذي وقال: حديث حسن. )). (2)
